This agreement covers the “TnT Group QuickBooks Connector” (the “App”), operated by TnT Group (“we”). The App is a private, internal tool. It is not offered to the public and is used only by TnT Group and the companies it manages.
With the company administrator’s authorization, the App connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s official API. It lets authorized users ask an AI assistant questions about that company’s accounting data, such as reports, balances and transactions. By default, access is read-only.
Only users authorized by TnT Group may use the App, and only for companies whose administrator has connected it. Each company has its own private connection, and access requires a secret credential.
Keep your access credentials confidential and tell us promptly if one may have been exposed. Answers produced by the AI assistant should be checked against QuickBooks before you rely on them for financial, tax or legal decisions.
A company administrator can disconnect the App at any time in QuickBooks Online (Settings → Apps), or by asking us. Once disconnected, the App can no longer access that company’s data.
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
We may update this agreement. The current version is always at this address.
